Returns and Exchanges

At Shami Optics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within two weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders.
  • Returns: Returns are only accepted during the inspection at the time of receiving the item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at: info@optikosshami.com with all the relevant details, and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, but If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.


Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved for exchange, we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange. However, If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please check with your credit card provider first as it can take up to 10-20 business day for the credit to appear in your account

Sale Items

Purchases during sales can only be exchanged  during the sales period.


Shipping

Shami Optics will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
